Taylor, you don’t know me. I’m Matthew, and I build websites for contractors on the Central Coast. I built this one before asking, because it is easier to look at a real page than to listen to a pitch.
Here is what I noticed. You’ve held your flooring license for nine years, and your most recent customer wrote a five-star review in June. But your Google listing has no website, no hours and no photos, so someone looking for a flooring installer in Santa Maria sees almost nothing about you.
Everything on this page is already yours. Chris’s review word for word, your phone number, and the license details from the state register. There were no photos to use, so the page is built from type, and the colors are my choice. Nothing is invented. If a detail is wrong, it is wrong because I read it wrong, and I’d want to know.
Here is a free fix. Post a few photos of floors you’ve finished to your Google listing, and add your hours. Floors photograph well, and it’s the first thing a customer wants to see.
$950 flat if you want it, live in about a week on a domain in your name, and you own everything: the domain, the files, all of it. If it is not for you I will take it down, no hard feelings.
